Ryan DeWeese.
Ryan founded Elite Aerial Technology to put U.S.-assembled Group 1 UAS into the hands of the small-unit operator — the same operator who is running patrols in contested airspace, working denied environments, and asking for aircraft that can be sustained downrange. He leads product design, government engagement, and manufacturing operations from company headquarters in Saint George, Kansas.
His work spans quadcopter and drone-motor design (including rare-earth magnet propulsion), defense-contracting compliance, and the manufacturing workflow behind Elite Kinetic Solutions — the in-house arm targeting domestic brushless-motor production to reduce foreign dependency in the small-UAS supply chain.

U.S.-based assembly in Kansas with field-repairable airframes designed for downrange sustainment, not depot returns.
Federal Engagement
Active pipeline across IBAS, National Guard, Cornerstone OTA, and the Blue UAS pathway — with SAM.gov registration, UEI, and CAGE on file.
